Due at lease signing: First month's rent, last month's rent, security deposit fee equal to one month's rent due at signing ($3,250 x 3)

A refundable deposit of 1 months rent is required to hold the apartment once the application is approved. This is collected via DepositLink. This will only be released to the landlord once the lease is fully executed. Turn around time of acceptance is typically 24-48 hours, and lease signing is typically within 24 hours of accepted application. If you decide not to move forward, this deposit is refunded.
